Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [45 Lac] under [02 (Two)] of contract (s) over a period of [03 (Three)] years shall be required. Similar works means CCTV/PA system supply & installation works in any govt./semi govt./autonomus organization.
2. Authorization/ Consent Letter from the Manufacturer/authorized dealer or agent of the vital equipment/materials like Video Conference 4K Camera, Camera Switcher, Control Unit, Main Screen (85 Inch), Side Screen (65 Inch).
3. Catalogue/Brochure of the vital equipment like Video Conference 4K Camera, Camera Switcher, Control Unit, Chairman Unit, Delegate Unit, Main Screen (85 Inch), Side Screen (65 Inch), Two Way Box Speaker, Sound System with Amplifier, UPS. proposed for the work.
4. Consent letter for 2 year Warranty of the equipment/materials proposed.
5. Updated Trade license, VAT , Income Tax.
6. ABC electrical supervisor certificate.
7. ABC Contractor Certificate.
8. Statement of the Country of origin, Country of manufacture, brand & model.
