* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000000 ~ 750000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works (10 storied RCC buildings) completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 18.50 (Eighteen point five zero) crores under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 42.50 (Forty two point five zero) crores in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk-14.00 (Fourteen point zero zero) crores and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty point zero zero) crores. Necessary documents must be submitted in support of tender capacity.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to date ABC and supervisory license certificates from Electricity Licensing Board, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
