01. The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard.
02. The tenderer must have updated NOC from the Department of Shipping as Dockyard/Shipyard.
03. The tenderer must have updated foreshore license from BIWTA.
04. The tenderer must have updated Environmental Clearance Certificate from Department of Environment (DoE).
05. The tenderer must have updated Fire Licence from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense.
06. The tenderer must have Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) Certification.
07. The tenderer must have experience in the docking repair works of ships, pontoons, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sector as Prime Contractor.
