Eligibility criteria:
1.   The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date (2025-26) trade license.
2.   The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date income tax certificate with TIN number.
3.   The Tenderer shall have valid VAT certificate
4. The Tenderer shall have latest and valid enlistment under category 1.3/1.4 with BGDCL/Petrobangla or any other company of Petrobangla.
5. The Tenderer shall have experience of construction of 6" or above diameter 60 Psig or above pressure gas pipeline in a single contract of at least BDT. 200000 (Twenty lakh) in a single contract over a period of last 10 (ten) years
6. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 2500000 (Twenty five lakh). Best 5(five) will be considered. Payment Certificate or Attested Audited Report to be submitted.
7.  The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 1600000 (Sixteen lakh). Documentary evidence of liquid assets or Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit from a schedule Bank in the Form of PW2a-3 of CPTU.
8.   The minimum capacity shall be BDT. 2000000 (Twenty lakh)
9.  Latest (Issued within 02 months before this Tender's publication in e-GP) Certificate from any reputed inspection survey organization against bidders own/hired machinery and equipment.
10.   Recent Bank Solvency certificate (Issued after the date of this Tender's publication in e-GP).
