Eligibility criteria:
1. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of funds but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
2. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender datasheet and PPR-2008 has to be considered.
3. The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased.
4. There is no provision for land acquisition. The tenderer has to arrange land for the execution of other works on his own.
5. The tenderer has to capture pictures and videos of the work at his own cost as per the direction of the engineer in charge. He should submit pictures and videos during the time of bill submission. 10. "All non-life insurance for any Public Property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to Public Property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation in accordance with the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019."
6. Tenderer should provide all ongoing works and existing commitments properly, otherwise Tenderer will be Non-reponsive.
7. A misrepresentation or omission regarding the value of existing commitments and ongoing works by a tenderer in the E-GP system constitutes a fraudulent practice under ITT Clause Corrupt. Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive Practices. In that case, the tenderer will be non- responsive, and further action may be taken in accordance with PPR 127 and ITT Clause Corrupt, Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive Practices."
