Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh who have general experience of 03(Three) years and also fulfill the criteria mentioned as Per ITT & TDS, PCC are eligible to participate in this Procurement Process.
2. Tenderer shall have Valid trade license (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate , TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.
3. Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
4. VAT and AIT will be as per govt. of Bangladesh rules and policy.
5. Private/Private Organization work Experience Certificate is not Acceptable.
6. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of generator.
7. Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of generator(previous).
8. Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
09. The contractor who has not yet completed the similar nature of goods supply before within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
10. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006,PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity shall reserves the right to change or modify or cancel in this tender.
11. Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in TDS,G.C.C ,PCC & ITT.
