* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 383333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1150000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 383333 ~ 1150000.

Eligibility criteria:
1 This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh.
2.Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade and ABC license(s) issued by the corresponding competent authority, as specified in the TDS.
3.Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid NID, VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority, as specified in the TDS.
4.Tenderer may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals or company invited to take part in public procurement or seeking to be so invited or submitting a Tender in response to an Invitation for Tenders.
5.Tenderer shall have the High voltage system Civil maintenance work experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority.
6.Tenderer shall have the up-to-date Liquid Assets related Document.(In-case of Bank statement, the tenderer must provide at least six month statement).
7.All materials, equipment and associated services to be supplied under the Contract are from eligible sources, unless their origin is from a country specified in the TDS.
8.Tenderer shall provide such evidence (Power of Attorney, Manpower List, Annual Turnover etc.) of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request.
