Bank Solvency Certificate from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, issued not earlier than (28) day's prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
7. Tenderer, who failed to start the work in any project of Health Engineering Department (HED), Chittagong Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare without any reasonable cause can not take part in this e-Tender notice
8. Others eligibility remain as per TDS.
