Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have up-to-date trade license (2025-26)
2. The Tenderer shall have up-to-date income tax certificate with TIN number.
3. The Tenderer shall have valid VAT certificate (With 13 digit BIN number)
4. The Tenderer shall have up-to-date enlistment certificate under category 1.4 and/or1.3 with Petrobangla or its distribution or transmission companies.
5. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction works (Mimimun 5 years).
6. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in IP or HP-DRS/TBS/ RMS and or having related pipeline of not less than 10 bar pressure of at least BDT. 7500000 (Seventy five) lakh in a single contract over a period of last 10 (ten) years.
7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 14000000 (One hundred forty lakh) of best 3(Three) years over the last 5 (five) years will be considered. Attested Payment Certificate or Attested Audited Report to be submitted as proof.
8. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 6000000 (Sixty lakh). Documentary evidence of liquid assets or Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit from a schedule Bank in the Form of PW2a-3 of CPTU.
9. All other terms and conditions are specified in TDS and PCC.
