Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Reputed Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor firms who have minimum 3(Three) years of general experience in Arboriculture or Landscaping works.
(2) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similiar nature of work of minimum Tk 9.00 Lac (Taka Nine Lac) in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the web site).
(3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 10.00 Lac (Taka Teen Lac Only) over the last 03 financial years or best 03 years in thelast 05 financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the web site). Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(4) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 Lac (Taka Twelve Lac Only). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(5)The minimum amount of tender Capacity shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac (Taka Ten Lac Only) as per formula stated in TDS.
