Eligibility criteria:

c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.

f) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 4.00 Lakh (Taka Four lakh ) Only under 01(One) of contract over a period of 5(Five) years shall be required.
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall beTk 4.00 Lakh (Taka Four lakh ).
h) The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
i) Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
j) Rule 98(31) in case of approximately equivalent quoted rate of Tenderer.
