Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
A. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
B. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works or supplying of goods (including supplying of mattress, bed sheets, pilow, curtains, blankets, towels, bucket etc) worth not less than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
C. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) Lac only in the prescribed form (PG2-5) against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
D. Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR
E. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed technical specification uploaded in tender documents must be fulfilled.
