Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 26666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 80000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 26666666 ~ 80000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer/Supplier to Manufacture Wooden and Steel Furniture Works/Goods shall be a minimum of 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Supplier in Supply of similar Goods(Wooden & Steel Furniture) of at least 01 (one) contract i.e. Wooden & Steel Furniture furniture manufacture/supply successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least BDT of 260.00 Lakh of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience/work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
i. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of work done by any Govt./Semi-Govt organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum BDT of 300.00 Lakh only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission with the standard format of BPPA(PG3-8).
4. A minimum supply/production capacity of Goods is 2500 numbers furniture per year during the last 03 (Three) years.
5. Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.
Attention: All other eligibility, special terms & conditions and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT. And documents attached to Section-06 of this tender must be maintained & fulfilled.
