Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have a minimum 05 (Five) years of General experience in construction works.
b) Having specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (one) number of building work in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works of a similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. minimum Tk 160.00 Lakh in the last 5 (five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organisation of Bangladesh.
c) The tenderer must have a minimum of liquid assets / Credit facilities /working capital of TK. 60.00 lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender, along with a bank statement.
d) Who has the minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 350.00 lakh (Total =350.00x5=1750.00 lakh ) and the minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 185.00 Lakh
e) Tenderer who possessed: i) Valid trade license (Up to date), ii) Up-to-date VAT registration Certificate, iii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.
f) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from the Office of the Prime Minister, the contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within the schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
g) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
h) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the TDS, PCC & ITT.
