b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) of similar nature of construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 4 (Four) Lac along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed works within last 05 (five) calendar years from date of tender notice from Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous utility of Bangladesh.
