* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 12000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorize Representative/ Exclusive Agent are eligible to participate the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender.
The minimum supply value of similar goods i.e. Electric motor driven Pump sets with accessories is Tk. 31.00 ( Thirty One) lakhs under two contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 31.00 ( Thirty One) lakhs.
The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.
The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & terms and condition of tender.
Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
Bidder should have sufficient skilled manpower and locally after sales backup facilities with own workshop. Experience technical service persons should be on company's payroll (Proof of employment to be submitted with the bid documents).
The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
Bidder must have 05 years’ general experience for the supply of Pump - Motor in any Govt. /Semi Govt. organizations.
Responsive suppliers are required to submit samples to support enclosed technical specifications within a specified period of time prior to issuance of NOA
