Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1200000 ~ 3600000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and Up to date income tax paid certificate or slip.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5. The tenderer Should have Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank
6.Manufacturer’s name, model number, Brand name and country of origin must be mentioned in the offer.
7.Bill of Entry & shipping documents must be submitted at the time of delivery of goods.
8.Model must be marked on the body of goods (as standard label).
9.Necessary catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.
10.The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.
11.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
12.Sample of each item must be supplied and approved by MTS-1 department before bulk supply.
13. It’s a Lot Tender of multi items. The Bidder must be careful for quoting against every single item. The quoting price should be as per market value. If it is found any abnormal price submitted by Bidder against official cost estimate for any item, the purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender. In this case, total lowest price will not be entertained.
14. Partially supply and partial payment shall not be allowed.
