Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 180000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Authorization letter form manufacturer/ Distributor/ Channel Partner should be submitted along with bidding documents that should be issued if favor of GPFPLC.
2. Manufacturer’s name, model number, Brand name and country of origin must be mentioned in the offer.
3. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate, Bill of Entry & shipping documents must be submitted at the time of delivery of goods
4. At least 2 (Two) proven certificate or end user certificate must be submitted with the offer for government, semi-government or autonomous organization confirming the supply of similar goods not less than taka 20 lakh.
5. Model must be marked on the body of goods (as standard label).
6. Necessary catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.
7. The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.
8. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules
9.Manufacturer test certificate/ Calibration certificate & Instruction/Operation Maintenance manual must be supplied along with goods.
10.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually against tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
