Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 13200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
4. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
5. Service Provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
6. Terderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
Note: The procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) Document will be applicable for this Procurement which has been uploaded in section -7 . This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, acitivity schedule and various forms etc (that contain qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other relevant documents) of the PSN documents. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several section such as ITT, TDS, PCC, GCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7. The tenderer are requested follow the instructions of these uploaded/scanned section of PSN Documents.
