* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer have to have-
(a) General Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installations, Testing and Commissioning of Substation successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 28.00 Lakh (Twenty-Eight Lakh) in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
(c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 (Tk. Thirty-Five Lakh). Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract. In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(d) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 50.00 Lakh (Taka Fifty Lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 36.00 (Tk Thirty Six Lakh)
(f) Tenderer must submit Up to date i) Valid Trade license, ii) Income tax clearance certificate, iii) VAT Registration certificate, iv) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board,
(e) any other documents asked in TDS & PCC
