Eligibility criteria:
Bidder must have updated trade license, VAT registration with BIN certificate abd updated income tax certificate.
A minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Bidder must have specific experience certificate (Work completion certificate) of supply plastic drum in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Institutes of at least 1 Contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
Tenderer must have updated Bank solvency Certificate.
Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e- Working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled bank or other contractual commitments of Tk BDT 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore)
The minimum supply or production capacity of the supplier/manufacturer of plastic drum must be 2,000 pieces per month.
Bidder must have a Minimum of 10 own distribution points at 10 locations for efficient and timely distribution of the product.
Bidder must have submitted test report of offered sample from BUET or any Government authorized laboratory (Not more than 1 year old report)
At least 2 offered Sample Must be submitted to PE Office before submission of the Tender and Received Copy must be uploaded at e-GP System.
