Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 11000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract for supply and Installations of TV Screen Size (Projected Distance): Zoom : Wide: 50” - 300”[1.46 - 8.95 m] Zoom: Tele: 50”-300”[2.43 - 14.79 m] with External Electrical work successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 27 lac in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Org. in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the work was done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 30.00 lac. Only. issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. details in TDS.
d) Up to date valid Trade license, ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license, TIN & VAT Registration certificate with Income tax clearance from the NBR.
e) The tenderer must submit the Complete site visit report duly authenticated by SDE or Executive Engineer of concerned site issued not earlier than Twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
