Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must have a valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate, and Tin certificate with Tax update.
2. Bidder must have General experience of supplying similar goods in Government/Autonomous/Semi autonomous Organization or Institutes for minimum 05 (Five) years.
3. Bidder must have a valid organic fertilizer Production and marketing/distribution license license.
4. Bidder must have a Manufacturing VAT registration Certificate.
5. Bidder must have the capability to distribute organic fertilizer throughout the country.
6. Bidder must be supplied Organic Fertilizer in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Institutes of at least 1 Contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 1,00,00,000 (One Crore Tk) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
7. Bidder must have at least 5 (Five) own organic fertilizer production unit having capacity of producing at least 100-ton organic fertilizer per month.
8. Updated Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date)
9. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore Tk).
10. Bidder must have submitted physical and Chemical test report of offered sample from authorized laboratory (Not more than 3-Months-old report)
11. A pledge to this certificate that bidder is not black listed in any Public/Autonomous/Semiautonomous Organization or Institutes.
