Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number Construction of Gate or similar works of BDT 15.00 Lakh in a single contract during last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
2. The tenderer must have a minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of BDT 15.00 Lakh in the best three (3) years over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the tenderer shall be BDT 15.00 Lakh only.In case of line of credit, it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW2a-3.In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent.In case of liquid asset, certificate or bank statement must be submitted.In all cases of certificates must be collected from bank after publication of IFT.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 15.00 Lakh only.
5. Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions in TDS & PCC.
6. Tender can win maximum 1 (One) nos of Tender in the same Tender Notice.
7. Tenderer who failed to START/COMPLETE the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Rangpur District without any reasonable cause are not eligible.
