Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 31500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have current 1.3/1.4 category enlistment certificate from Petrobangla or its any company/First class valid enlistment certificate from PWD/LGED/any Govt. organization.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/similar works as prime contractor shall be 10(Ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. The minimum specific experience in Palisading work/civil construction works in Petrobangla or its any company/any government/ semi government/autonomous organization of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 65,00,000.00 (Sixty five Lac). Joint venture or consortium or association is not acceptable for this tender.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.82,00,000.00 (Eighty two Lac) over best five (5) years in the the last 10(Ten) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
5. Contractor who are not debarred by KGDCL or other Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Ogranization.
6. Other conditions as specified in Tender Document.
