* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of 01(one) Building Construction Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 (Forty five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 32.00 (Thirty Two) Lac. Letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for the line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form without alteration,issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the date of the dead line for submission of tender.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 34.00 (Thirty Four) Lac.
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Taxcertificate and Valid VAT documents along with the tender.
g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
