Eligibility criteria:
The Invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Five (05) years.
The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of total station/RTK machine of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last Five (05) years with a value of at least BDT 7.00 Lakh (Seven Lakh only) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are tobe issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concernedDepartment/ Organization.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 10.00 Lakh ( Ten Lakh Only). Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5)" which is attached in Tender Data Sheet (ITT Clause 9.1).Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
Debarred bidders from any Govt. /Semi -Govt/Autonomous Organisation will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
Up-to-date Trade license as supplier, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT, BIN registration certificate etc.
Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2008 and its amendment.
