Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 years.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 24.00 Lac under single of contract over a period of 5 years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.
The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 23.75 Lac.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25.00 Lac over the last 5 years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 26.00 Lac
Up to date Trade license, income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate to be submitted along with the tender. Other required eligibility & condition of the Tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet of Tender Document.
