Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned clearly along with the technical offer.
6. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
7. The Bidder must submit Manufacturer’s/Distributor’s Authorization Letter along with the offer.
8. In case of Distributor’s Authorization Letter, necessary Documents (Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate in favor of the Disttributor etc.) are to be submitted with valid/authentic email address of the Manufacturer for checking.
9. Manufacturer’s original Catalogue, Drawing etc. should be submitted along with the offer and these particulars must be in English Language.
10. Each item must be marked clearly on Catalogue & Drawing.
11. In case of any deviation from our specifications, Bidder should clearly explain the deviation with proper data.
12. Bill of Lading (B/L)/Airway Bill (AWB) has to be submitted at the time of delivery of the goods.
13. The successful bidder must submit at least 18 (Eighteen) Months’s Warranty for the supplied goods which will be effective from the date of Acceptance.
14. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
15. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
16. Delivery Period : 90 (Ninety) Days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
