Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 90000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 270000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 90000000 ~ 270000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor shall be 10 (ten) years (work orders and completion certificates for the work completed at that time must be submitted). Time counting backward from the last date of Tender Submission.
b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract (s) of similar nature of (Minimum Four Storied) construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6,00,00,000.00 (Taka Six Crore Only). Time counting backward from the last date of Tender Submission.
c) Trade license, VAT and e-TIN certificate, National ID of authorized person, Authorization letter of authorized person (mentioning tender ID, works name & quoted tender amount in official letter pad), ABC license & Supervisory license issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh and Income tax clearance certificate with acknowledgement slip (all document's are valid, upto date, clear & clean scan copy submitted).
d) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and it’s all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
e) Satisfying the other criteria laid in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
