Eligibility criteria:
Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer :
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and income tax paid slip or certificate.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5. The tenderer Should have Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank
6. Sample must be approved by user before bulk supply.
7. QC will be issued after Check as per SPR individually each item in presence of supplier.
8. Bidder will have to mention name of manufacturer and country of origin.
9. The supplier must replace any defective or non-conforming item.
10. All 24 items will be considered as a lot
