Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation of Tender is open for any Contractor having following qualification:
The minimum specific experience as a prime Contrac in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of Interior Decoration works of Office/ Commercial buildings successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of 20(twenty) lakh in any Govt., Semi-Govt./ Autonomous body. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 lakh
