Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Building construction work worth not less than Tk 23.00 (Twenty Three ) Lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk 70.00 (Seventy)Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.20 .00 (Twenty) Lakh only. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document.
e) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License.
f) Up to date ABC licence and supervisory certificate issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.27.00 (Twenty Seven) Lakh Only.
