b) Tender must be submitted with attested copies of the Valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate, Work order with successfully completion certificate in the supply of similar goods and related services at least worth Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lakh in a single instance during last 3 years from any Govt./ Semi-Govt./Autonomous body / Banking Sector.
c) All other qualifications will be applicable as specified in Tender Data Sheet. Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender.
