Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:-
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer shall be 5(Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(b)Tenderer shall have the Specific Experience of satisfactory completion of 11KV or 33KV or higher voltage level Electrical Underground cable installation works via HDD boring in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least Tk. 100,00,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED Lakh) under one single contract over a period of last Five (5) years shall be required. Years will be counted backword from the date of publication in Newspaper & The tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned authority but not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,70,00,000.00 (One Crore SEVENTY Lakh) over the best 3(Three) in the last 5(Five) years. Year counting from the date of Publication of tender.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9500,000.00 (ninety five Lakh).
