Eligibility criteria:
i)Minimum general experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying and Installation of Electrical/mechanical Goods & Related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.ii)Minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying,Installation,Testing & commissioning of medical waste management system of BDT 3.5 Crore successfully completed in a single (01) contract within last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh from IFT Date.If specific experience is done in any organization other than PWD, The work Completion certificate should be authenticated by executive engineer of concerned jurisdiction.iii)Minimum supply or production capacity of Goods of BDT 4.25 Crore per year substantiated by Audit Reports.iv)Minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 2.50 Crore, supporting documents are to be submitted.Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document.v)Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required in PG3-6 Form for proposed medical waste management system with their letterhead pad.vi)Valid & Updated Import Registration Certificate(IRC) of proposed medical waste management system must be submitted.vii)Agency-ship/Distributorship agreement certificate Must be submitted for proposed medical waste management system as well as assurance of spare parts & after sales services for next two years.viii)Tenderer must submit up to date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from electrical licensing board.ix)Tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.x) Tenderer must follow IFT,ITT,TDS,GCC,PCC & submit documents.Date will be counted from IFT
