Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must have minimum 05 [Five] years of General Experience in the supply of goods and related services.

Tenderer must have minimum 03 [three] years of experience in the supply and installation of lighting or electro-mechanical works.

Bidder must have the experience of successfully completing minimum 02 [Two] contracts of silimar works within last 05 [Five] years each with a value of minimum Tk 1,00,00,000.00 [One crore].

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,50,00,000.00 [One crore fifty lacs]

Bidder must have in-house technical persons / experts of lighting solution.

Bidder must have ABC Electrical Contractor License.

Bidder must have the capability of simulating lighting designs / layouts in relevant software (i.e. DIAlux, AutoLUX, RELUX)
