* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Any/All tenderers who have registration in the Government e-Gp system may participate in the tender provided they fulfil the criteria stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). The Tenderer shal be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008.
2. The Tenderers must upload Signed Copy of Rate Analysis in support of their quoted rates .
3. The Tenderer wil be evaluated in the e-GP system.
4. The Tenderer wil have to set up required Laboratory Facilities at the respective work site at his own cost & arrange with proper equipment and manpower.
5. The tenderer has to ensure by a certification that Manpower & Equipments as submitted along with the tender document wil be used only for this package.
6. The Tenderer must ensure a signed copy of the attached formats in Section 7and 8.
