Brief Description of Package: Printing of About BRRI Book (PPRD)
Eligibility criteria:
1. Update and Valid Trade license (Trade License & Business Type must be Printing Press Related);
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate;
3. TIN Certificate with Update Tax payer Certificate;
4. Financial solvency Certificate/ Bank Statement/ Bank Certificate.
5. Quotationer must have the satisfactory completion of Relevant/Similar/Specific Printing Experience in BRRI in the last 03 (Three) of years.
6. Press Declaration Certificate is a Must Under Section 4(2) of “Printing and Publication (Declaration and Registration) Act, 1973”
7. 100% Bill will be paid after Completion of Delivery and final Acceptance by BRRI Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC). The bill payment Process may take 30 to 45 Days.
8. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet of all Items in Own Official Pad. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet will contain columns as-Serial No., Product Name, Specification, Country of Origin, Make/ Assemble, Brand & Model.
9. Warranty Certificate in official Pad.
10. If any Tenderer involves / try to involve in any kind of Fraudulence, Corruption, Collusive and Cohesive work, it must be considered Professional Misconduct & Offence and Legal Action may be taken according to PPR-2008 against the Relevant Tenderer/Tenderers without any Notification or Accountability.
11. Quotationer must have own Printing Press.
