* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction of Deep tube well works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) (1) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of 1 (one) number of 200 mm or above dia G.I Pipe deep Tube well having 400 mm or above dia housing pipe of minimum length 175 Meter or above & total depth of Tube well 275 meter or above with supply & Installation of 60 HP or above HP pump motor set and ancillary works of minimum TK. 80.00 Lac (Eighty Lac.) in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 97.00 (Ninety seven Point zero) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty point zero) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by BPPA, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable).
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 70.00 (Seventy point zero) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
