Eligibility criteria:
a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.
b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).
c) The Provisions laid down in the PPR-2008 and its Ammendments for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
d) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
e) The following procedures/booklets of BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.
i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.
iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB.
N.B. This Tender will be evaluated as per the rules and regulation of PSN Document. The scan copy of PSN document is uploaded in section 7. All the qualification criteria are put down in PSN Document. The Tenderer are requested to follow the PSN Document must.
