Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum specific experience as a contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years: Similar nature of work means completion of 1 Nos. Building Construction/repair works valued Tk. 2.50 (Two point five zero) Lac. in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate.
2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lac for over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac.
5. Tenderer having any delayed/incomplete works without valid reason under this Division will be considered as non-responsive.
6. The Successful Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the Sub-Contractor(s).
