Eligibility criteria:
(i) Must be registered in the eGP system
(ii) Must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria described in the PSN document attached in the section-8
(iii) The tenderer must comply the following conditions and procedures/booklets/circulars:
(a) The PSN document attached in the section-8 will be the main basis of this tender whereas the e-GP portal will be used for tender submission, evaluation and other procedures.
b) Government's outsourcing policy published in 2025
c) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB
d) Instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB
e) If there is any discrepancy between the e-tender document and the PSN document attached in the section-8, the conditions of the PSN document will prevail.
(f) The scope of service may be reduced, extended or fully dropped.
(g) The bill payment is subject to budget availability.
Special Instruction: The tenderers are instructed to calculate and quote the VAT amount in the BOQ correctly. Quotation of incorrect VAT amount will result in non-responsiveness of the tender.
