(b) The tenderer shall have following Specific Experience: A satisfactory completion of Construction of Land Development works in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least Tk. 1,70,00,000.00 (One Core Seventy Lakh) under one single contract over a period of last Five (5) years shall be required [Years will be counted backword from the date of publication in Newspaper & The tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned authority but not below the rank of Executive Engineer];
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Core) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Core) & Others Eligibility criteria mentioned in TDS.
