Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05[Five] years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.240.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.550.00 Lakh over the last 05[five]years [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk.95.00 Lakh. Not before 25.06.2025. [must be unconditional and given by the proper format. FormPW3-7].
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk.300.00 Lakh
6.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
7. According to Letter No-21.00.0000.364.19.018(1).19-14 date: 13/01/2020 & According to Letter No-21.00.0000.363.27. 114(2).19-003, date: 12/01/2023 from CPTU; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
