Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 900000 ~ 2700000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have Valid and up to date Trade license, VAT registration and Income Tax certificate.
Tenderer should have solid Bank Solvency/Bank Statement/line of credit reflecting minimum 7 (Seven) Lakh Taka as liquid asset.
The satisfactory completion of CCTV Project of minimum BDT 5 (Five) Lakh taka under maximum 1 (One) number contract in the last 5 (Five) of years.
Tenderer must submit 1 (one) years warranty certificate of the items.
P&I Drawing for this works with proper IP Configurations, which will be veryfied during evaluation. Inappropriate Drawing will cause the tender to be rejected.
Proper documentation (Catalogue, O&M Manual) should be supplied.
Tenderer must submit 1 (one) year free maintenance agreement where four (04) times a year on a mutually agreed schedule. No conveyance, accommodation or service charge is applicable for this visit.
