3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh Only) over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh Only).
