Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 03 years of general experience in sub-soil investigation works.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar works of sub-soil investigation of Tk. 2.3 Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 years. In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 3 years of Tk. 2.40 lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.5 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) Tender Capacity of Tk. 2.2 Lac. To calculate tender capacity the tenderer must submit his/their ongoing work details i.e. contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The tenderer must possess
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate .
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up to date trade license.
