Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Benefited Firms /organizations manufacturer/ authorized having a up to date Titash T&D Gasline License 1.1 with a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in a Similar nature of works.
b) Having Experience of successfully completing at least one number of similar
work amounts to Tk. 33 Lakh in a single Tender during the last 5 years.
c) The Tenderer must possess i) an up-to-date valid Trade license ii) an up-todate
income tax clearance certificate from NBR iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turnover in the last
5 (five) years of Tk. 65 Lakh only (The year counting backward from the
date of IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. Payment
certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must
be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction
turnover.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments
of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 65 Lakh. The letter of commitment
for the Bank’s Undertaking for a line of credit is to be issued from the
concerned Bank between the publication date and the submission date of this
tender in the format as specified (Form PW2-a).
f) All other reputed qualifications, terms, and conditions of the tenderer are
shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender Documents.
