* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 850000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2550000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 850000 ~ 2550000.
Eligibility criteria:
(A) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.
2) Supply Schedule, Statement of Supply method, Equipment & Personnel.
(B) Special Instruction:
1) Quantity of Supply may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
3) Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific Form PG-2-5 . Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
4) Latest circular of CPTU and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.
5. The fund for purchasing the products is available in Sylhet O&M Division, BWDB, Sylhet 's O&M Budget during the FY: 2024-25.
